Membership Meeting Accomplishments

We held our All Member’s meeting October 17, then we moved onto our Board of Directors’ meeting, coming to some conclusions on matters that were up for a vote.

A few of the things we came to agreement on are as follows:

Soon we will be moving forward with a conversion to online voting, so that all members, regardless of their ability to attend meetings, will be able to voice their opinions on things that effect everyone in the chapter. This will save our chapter money and time, as the processes will be more streamlined, and the people required to coordinate these efforts, will be spared a lot of extra work.

We’ve made the move to turn our Policy Manual into a more dynamic, interactive guideline, necessary to ease the roles and responsibilities for future board of director members in the decision making processes. It will be a living, working document, which can change when necessary.

Our 2016 Annual Meeting and State Conference prices have been set! We kept prices low and affordable, to give more members access to the benefits of networking, continuing education, and experience, as possible.
